Why COHR?
We created this training for the kind of instructor the modern studio needs.
COHR was built around a clear belief: great teaching is more than delivering exercises well. It is knowing how to read a room, respond to different bodies, communicate clearly, and create a class experience that feels both effective and connected.
Our approach is grounded in strong Pilates principles, movement quality, and intelligent teaching, while also reflecting the way Reformer is taught and experienced in studios today. We believe clients want more than choreography. They want clarity. They want to feel seen. They want to understand what they are doing and feel part of the experience they are having.
That is why this training goes beyond repertoire and technique alone. Alongside the exercises themselves, we focus on observation, communication, flow, presence, and the ability to adapt without losing the purpose or quality of the work.
We also believe good teaching is not about forcing every body into one fixed version of an exercise. It is about understanding movement intention, recognising what is in front of you, and knowing when to adjust. Rather than chasing one “correct” shape, we help instructors develop the judgement to make movement work well for different bodies in a way that still feels clear, purposeful, and well taught.
At its core, COHR exists to develop instructors who can teach contemporary Reformer with clarity, confidence, and care.
More Than A Certificate
This academy is built for people who want to do more than attend, complete, and collect a qualification.
You do not need to arrive knowing everything. You do need to be willing to practise, reflect, receive feedback, and keep building over time.
The goal is not simply to leave with a certificate. It is to leave with a stronger teaching presence, better judgement, and the confidence to lead a room well.
For students who are ready to commit to that process, this training offers the structure, support, and standard to help them become instructors whose classes people come back for.

Taught In Person By Diana
Led by experience. Informed by years of teaching.
The academy is taught in person by Diana across all six studio days, giving students direct access to consistent teaching, guidance, and support throughout.
Designed to be practical, hands-on, and closely supported, students begin teaching from day one of the face-to-face training and build confidence through direct practice, clear structure, and ongoing feedback.
Throughout the academy, Diana works closely with each student to develop teaching presence, observation, communication, and the ability to respond to the bodies in front of them. Verbal feedback is given throughout each weekend, with written feedback provided after each weekend to support reflection and continued progress between training blocks.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all learning experience, the academy is built around real teaching development, helping instructors leave with the confidence and skill to teach with clarity, quality, and adaptability in a modern studio setting.
The academy reflects a contemporary approach to Reformer education, grounded in strong principles, clear structure, and high-quality teaching. It is designed not just to qualify instructors but to develop them, giving students the confidence, the eye, and the adaptability to teach in a way that genuinely serves the people in their classes.
