Assessment

Assessment is designed to reflect real teaching conditions.

Before Weekend 1, you will complete a 30-question multiple choice knowledge check based on the pre-learning material. This is not about memorisation. It confirms you have engaged with the foundational concepts so that studio time can focus on application from the start.

The final practical assessment takes place after the programme and requires you to teach a full Reformer class. You will have up to 6 months to complete it by submitting a filmed class, giving you time to build confidence and teach independently before you are assessed. You are evaluated on session intent, load management, cueing, flow, and professional conduct.

Certification is awarded on successful completion of both stages.
